We've kept You Care Reminders deliberately simple. The free tier lets you try the service end-to-end with one loved one — no card required. Our paid plans help cover the real cost of text messages and the time we spend looking after families with more than one loved one to care for.
We don't sell data, we don't show advertisements, and we don't bury features behind imaginary "Enterprise" plans. If we ever change our pricing, we'll tell you long before we do.

Is this medical care?+
No, and we want to be very clear about that. You Care Reminders is a wellness companion — a gentler way to nudge someone about water, a meal, a kind check-in. It is not a substitute for a doctor, a nurse, or emergency services. If you ever have a medical concern, please call 111 (or 999 in an emergency).
Can I use it for medication reminders?+
No. We do not support and explicitly advise against using You Care Reminders for medication. Automated reminders can be delayed, duplicated, or missed entirely due to network, carrier, or provider issues. If you choose to use the service for medication despite this warning, you do so at your own risk and we accept no liability. Please use a pharmacy-supplied medication aid or a dedicated medical device instead.
Can I cancel any time?+
Of course. There are no contracts and no awkward conversations. Cancel from your account in two clicks; you'll keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Does the person being reminded need an app?+
No. They simply receive a normal email or text message — the kind they're already used to — with a small button to confirm. There's nothing to download, no account to set up, no password to remember.
What about their privacy?+
We take it seriously. We collect only the information needed to send a reminder — a name, a phone number or email, perhaps a note about mobility. We never sell data. You can export or delete everything from your account at any time.
What if a reminder isn't confirmed?+
You'll see it on your dashboard. From there, it's your call — you might give them a ring, or simply leave it for the next day. You Care Reminders doesn't make assumptions; it simply gives you the picture.
