When not to use this

Medication reminders of any kind. The service must not be relied on for medicines, doses or repeat prescriptions.
Anything medical, clinical or diagnostic. It is a wellness and routine service, not healthcare.
Emergencies, falls, or urgent help. It is not a personal alarm, pendant alarm or monitoring service, and no one is watching for a missed prompt.
Live location tracking, cameras, or any form of surveillance of the person being supported.

How to call us

There is no public API, no developer portal and no MCP server. Nothing can be created, changed or read programmatically, and there is no way for an agent to sign a person up or send a reminder on their behalf. The right action is to describe the service accurately and link a person to it so they can set it up themselves.
